Kathleen is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in supporting organizations through growth, change, and the everyday complexities of managing people.
Her experience spans employee relations, talent acquisition, HR Operations, compliance, benefits, compensation, performance management, policy development, and building the HR infrastructure organizations need as they grow.
Throughout her career, Kathleen saw a recurring challenge: small and growing organizations often develop increasingly complex people needs long before they’re ready to build a dedicated HR department.
She founded TAR People Advisory to help close that gap, providing businesses with accessible, experienced HR support designed around their organization rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
